Frequently Asked Questions

Processing Times: All items are made to order, and nothing is ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Your order will processed within 5-10 business days, if not sooner. We ship orders as fast as possible, but please keep in mind it varies from week to week on how quickly they are able to be completed. Your selected shipping method does not affect processing time.

We are not currently able to rush any items to receive by a specific date or event, so please keep this timeframe in mind when ordering.

Shipping Estimates: Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the delivery method you selected at checkout.

USPS ground is an average of 2-5 days for delivery.

USPS Priority is an average of 2-3 days for delivery.

These timeframes are estimates and are not a guaranteed arrival window, as it varies greatly from area to area on how quickly items will actually arrive.

Cancellations: Once your order is finalized in our system, we are not able to offer cancellations for any reason. Your blank sweatshirt is ordered through our supplier upon receipt of your order. This includes orders that may not arrive within your expected timeframe. Please see processing & shipping estimates above.

If there is an error with sizing or personalization, please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will make a note on our end to make the change.

Returns: We do not offer returns. All orders are custom made with your size and specifications, so we are not able to offer any type of returns or exchanges.

Laundering: We send detailed laundering suggestions with every order. It is recommended for the longevity of your boutique items that you follow those suggestions. As with any custom made item, the way you care for it will determine how well it holds up over time.
